Way to go Delta. I hope Microsoft, Palm, Dell and others are reading this. That’s right, I don’t like to explain things five times and then just hope the person undersood. People in India aren’t stupid, but it takes them a lot longer to understand very very basic things in English.

Love the new “What we’re reading” piece you have up. It’s nice to get snapshots of travel news like this. Although I read as much as I can in the news, three of the four articles in this issue were new to me. Most interested in the Delta call center news I just learned about! Thanks
