Biden lambastes conditions at LaGuardia Airport

During a speech in Philadelphia, Vice President Joe Biden said that if you didn’t know you were in the United States, being at LaGuardia Airport is like being in a “third-world country.”

At the event, he also took the opportunity to lay waste to America’s infrastructure, highlighting the “third-world” condition of New York’s LaGuardia.

Biden ranted, calling American airports an embarrassment compared to other airports around the world, citing Hong Kong’s new and modern airport.

Airline pet handlers speak out against alleged animal neglect

The next time you’re thinking about taking your pet with you when you travel, you may want to reconsider and leave him or her home or with a pet sitter.

According to their website, United Airlines’ PetSafe Program guarantees that pets travel, “in climate-controlled vehicles for connections in United’s hubs,” and will “not be exposed to temperatures greater than 85 degrees for more than 45 minutes.”

Two whistleblowers who asked for anonymity to protect their careers told us that these are sometimes false promises.
