Continuing financial losses, capacity reductions, tarmac delays, a grass-roots movement towards passenger rights, picketing flight attendants at PHX, ongoing fines for maintenance problems and advertising falseness, etc. I&#039;d say you aren&#039;t running your business very well at all.</description>
