		<description>Great prep list for people too used to the mild winter weather we&#039;ve had the last few years. Well, I do live in North Carolina, but truly, we&#039;ve had years of mild winters....2010 is unusual....snow on the ground here for a whole month.....and more forecast for today.
But really, I wonder how Mom thought the mail would even get to her post office with roads closed etc. And it&#039;s been decades since we had a postal system that depended on people like Mom. Though I recognize she is one of the old school, folks who feel they matter and what they do is important. They are treasures beyond measure. I hope they got home safely.</description>
