DHS and TSA have been so far over the line for so many years - they are essentially bulletproof and hidden. Anyone trying to challenge them first is attacked with the 'soft on terror' claim, and once they actually make a point and render DHS defensive, then you get hit with the 'its classified national security' claim. Any organization that is exempt from review and control by civilian authorities, and the press, becomes just like DHS. “starting” to step over the line?
