Anyone trying to challenge them first is attacked with the &#039;soft on terror&#039; claim, and once they actually make a point and render DHS defensive, then you get hit with the &#039;its classified national security&#039; claim.  

Any organization that is exempt from review and control by civilian authorities, and the press, becomes just like DHS.</description>
