EOS, the all business class airline that plied the route between New York City and London, declared bankruptcy and will cease operating.
The last remaining all-business class airline, Silverjet, has offered to honor tickets on EOS, however priority will go to Silverjet passengers.
This latest bankruptcy comes just two weeks after Chris Elliott suggested reviving the “deathwatch list.” EOS wasn’t on the last list’s radar screen, but then again perhaps we need more suggestions for this list.
