		<description>Chris, EVERYTHING put into writing is by definition, dated.  Most things do frequently change over time, especially rules and prices, so your lament about that is sort of without merit.  As to other sites playing copy-cat, well, every newsletter, magazine, blog, etc. thinks they have a better rag than their competition, and tries to one-up them, whether it works or not.</description>

So, the chart now is obsolete.
