John Weikle, founder of Skybus Airlines, says he is working on a plan to revive the bankrupt carrier. What makes Weikle think he can do it? According to a report in the Greensboro, N.C. News-Record, Weikle says a low-budget airline can work if it controls expansion and flies on-time. Weikle told the paper that the airline has about $10 million in cash left, and he’ll use that money to try to attract other investors.
