However, the general public might want to know that it would be a really good idea to book any necessary tickets before Jan. 16's migration, so that they are not caught up in any issues and long telephone wait times. I think CO took the message right where it needed to go--to their FF's on FT, realizing that they would be most affected by any hiccups in the system. It's a lot better than not saying anything--like other airlines might have done.... I think this notification showed foresight and concern for the target customer at CO-the frequent business traveler. Good of you to post it here, as I am sure it will reach a wider audience of FF's.
