I rented a car from the company that advertises it is "Exactly" the right rental company for business travelers like myself.

I am Five star member with them, so I would assume that I get the better cars they offer. If that is the case, the C- is well deserved.

My car had over 30,000 hard miles, an interior that smelled like an ash tray, and a windshield that looked like it had been last cleaned on the inside 29,000 miles ago. In their defense, even one smoker on a previous rental can ruin a car for weeks.....I'll give them that.

Next time, I know Exactly who I will use. Not the same company, that's for sure. Maybe the new agency will Try Harder?
