What a misleading headline! Airlines get (and deserve) many knocks these days, but this one is really undeserved. This “nightmare” problem is with “Bill Me Later”, not Continental, yet the headline makes it appear that Continental is causing the problem.

I use “Bill Me Later” all the time, pay it off right away and have never had a problem.

I understand you don’t want to question someone’s decision to work with a company called “Bill Me Later”, but I have to ask just how different it is than “Cheap Caribbean”. You get (in this case “service”) what you pay for.
