		<description>I know that this is a travel website, but the real issues in this article are the lack of ethics demonstrated by the Congressmen and the irresponsibility of Citigroup in funding such a trip.  It was not smart of AA to involve themselves with this potential scandal, but they are not the main story here.</description>

The correct title to this article should have been, &quot;Democratic Congressmen may have violated ethics rules&quot;.</description>
