		<description>The &quot;fuel surcharges&#039; are, and always have been, a way to raise prices without changing their flights&#039; position on search engine listings; and to defraud corporations, travel agencies and the government by basing their obligations on a fictitious &quot;base&quot; fare, rather than the real &quot;bait and switch&quot; fare. I have to think that somebody is going to sue them or charge them with illegal activity for this ruse eventually.</description>
