In the wake of the recent TripAdvisor rating scandal, two travel industry insiders are claiming reviews about their businesses have been faked, either by competitors or by themselves.

Glassdoor.com recently published their rankings of airlines and hotels — Marriott and Southwest came out on top. This site is designed to give an inside look at companies as a place to work. Their rankings tend to predict customer service as well, since a company and CEO that takes care of their employees also tend to take care of their customers.
