I've found these little printable one page .pdf booklets on a site - http://www.single-serving.com
There is also a pdf file showing how to fold the booklets.

There are many languages covered. Many of them have mp3 audio files as well.

Neat find. I looked at the Spanish guide quickly as an example, and it's quite good, and the Spanish phrases were all well put and on the money.

And it's certainly not going to add too much weight to your luggage!
I folded one and it works out nicely.
