What the heck is going on??
My region, Southwest Missouri, had weather temperatures in the low 70's, high 60's recently, up until a week ago. Then, we got the hard frosts that ended the growing season, the cold temperatures in the 40's and 50's, and I was loving it. It was finally Autumn weather.
Today, the high was 65. Tomorrow, 72. Over the next several days it's going to waver between 68 and 72. I WANT MY AUTUMN WEATHER, DANGIT!

I am so jealous...we have snow on the ground and lots of wind and temps in the 30's.

Steve, we've had the same strange weather here in Louisiana. I don't mind cold weather. What I do mind is that my boss refuses to turn on any heat and I'm tired of freezing in my office.

If you watched the World Series, you know what kind of crazy weather and cold temperatures we've had here in Philly.
Last night it got to 32ºF here in Center City, and in the 27ºF-30ºF in the nearby 'burbs. Today it inched up over 40ºF about 15 minutes ago, but it feels a lot colder with a steady 15mph wind gusting to 40mph. We're supposed to break out of it tomorrow, reaching 60ºF-62ºF by the time the parade starts, and the wind is supposed to die out tonight. |
