The Presidents taking the heat for the abysmal government response to the Katrina catastrophe, and I guess that's fitting since he's the head guy; but can ANY American citizen really expect Congress and the federal bureaucracy to do ANYTHING right?

The collection of clowns in Congress just voted without guilt, to spend $250 million to build a bridge to nowhere, but improving the levee system along the Mississippi River hasn't received any funding in a dozen years.

Citizen collective outrage over the ineptitude inside the Beltway, should prompt a universal recall from office for those 435(535) stupes.
