Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA), Samsung Mobile (a division of Samsung Telecommunications America) and airport advertising contractor JCDecaux are launching charging stations in all terminals at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX).

And a certain airline which I cannot name is thinking of charging people $2.50 to $5 for a seat with power for charging.....

This is good to hear since it is hard to find an open outlet in Terminal 1 at LAX.

That's 25.5 physical outlets per terminal. While it's much better than is there now (practically zero), it's not overwhelming, especially considering how many people I've seen wandering the terminals with a device and cord in hand, searching for that outlet that isn't there.
