Bangkok to Colorado Springs Christmas

I'm trying to secure good airfare and connections for RT travel from BKK to COS.

Depart BKK to COS 12/21 or 12/22, and return travel COS to BKK evening of 01/01 or anytime 01/02.

I prefer to fly within the Star Alliance group whenever possible, but will fly with other airlines or connections, especially if there's a strong chance of getting bumped.

I'll be traveling again BKK to BZN in mid-March. I'm already an United Elite Member (yay, Economy Plus seats!

), so that's my motivation for Star Alliance. HOWEVER, cheap is good.

No trips on Asiana Air, tho! 32 - 35 hour flights (lay-overs

) don't make up for the cheap airfare.

Any suggestions or help, much appreciated.
