ATW Online: Alitalia On Ropes After AF-KLM Bails on Buyout
Looks like Alitalia may not be long for the world. Air Transport World Online reports that Air France-KLM yesterday ended its effort to acquire Alitalia after being unable to reach an accord with Alitalia's trade unions following a two-day extension to the negotiations.
