An article about plans for back up facilities for Wall Street financial companies in the Pocono mtns of PA sent me looking for more information. Here's the main site:

It sounds like a great plan, but I wonder how this will change the Pocono area?
We've found that cell phone coverage is really poor - maybe because of the mountains?
That of course will have to be overcome.
Will it open up lots of new jobs in that area? Will real estate prices increase?
