George can cook any food if he has the desire. He's one of the most creative chefs I have ever personally known. Sometimes though, like the last time I ate at his restaurant Le Bar Lyonnais, and spoke to him afterward in the bar, he can infuriate people with a blase attitude he sometimes has toward everyone and anyone, in my opinion.
