The best description is the cover blurb:
"The font-of-the house version of Kitchen Confidential; a painfully funny, excruciatingly true account of the waiter's life. You will never look at your waiter the same way again - and will never tip less than 20%." ~Anthony Bourdain~
It was a fun read, equal to Kitchen Confidential in my opinion. I love these insider accounts from a service industry type of novels. "Waiter Rant" goes well beyond the nuts and bolts of that, an engrossing personal tale about the author's life as well.
"The Waiter" still has a blog which I've been reading this morning, just added it to my favorites. I enjoy his musings.
