My fiancee and I are looking at heading to Mustique in the vicinity of St. Vincent. Does anyone know of any nice, but not break your budget hotels?

There isn't one on Mustique. There are some nice, moderately priced places in Bequia, and you can take day trips by boat from there to Mustique.

Be sure to buy a tee at Basil's.
