He NEVER contacted AutoEurope? What's up with that? I've used AutoEurope for my clients for many years without any problems - there is very good disclosure - the vouchers not only list what is included, but also what is NOT included. I did have a situation last month when EuropeCars in Cagliari did not honor the voucher (they said the mini-van was not actually confirmed) and gave the client a smaller vehicle - client contacted me while still there, I contacted AutoEurope, the refund for the difference in rate was back on his American Express before he EVEN GOT HOME! Wait a minute – am I reading this correctly? He NEVER contacted AutoEurope? What’s up with that?

I’ve used AutoEurope for my clients for many years without any problems – there is very good disclosure – the vouchers not only list what is included, but also what is NOT included.

I did have a situation last month when EuropeCars in Cagliari did not honor the voucher (they said the mini-van was not actually confirmed) and gave the client a smaller vehicle – client contacted me while still there, I contacted AutoEurope, the refund for the difference in rate was back on his American Express before he EVEN GOT HOME!

Extremely helpful, usually the best price (or close enough that I'm willing to pay a few extra dollars for the great service). The only "extra" charges I've ever had were for these darn "road fees", which are determined locally. In every case, my contract has been clear up front that these will be paid at the time of the rental, and will not exceed xxx. (Usually around 40E). I've never had the charges exceed the amount they stated, and again, I knew upfront that those would be charged locally.
