		<description>Good article but you forgot to mention (maybe you do not know) that many of these main recreation areas in Eastern Europe are now the destinations for may students on their final school trip (basically, the European version of springbreak with the difference that these trips start in spring, peak in the summer and last unitl fall thereby being in the best season for cycling). So be prepared to find many young people drinking plenty of alcohol, being loud and making an ass of themselves.
After all, students do not have much money and they go where the weather is good, and alcohol and accommodation is cheap.
