My military son is in DC for further medic training and "bought" a cruise for $50 at a booth set up in Walter Reed Hospital. The only other cost is to be the $199 to $249 port fee. There are a number of cruises to choose from within the next year. The agency was PTS Travel / Smart Circle and they appear to have alot of online complaints against them. I think it's a scam. If we are even able to get on a cruise, I imagine there will be a ton of hidden fees. Do you have any info. on this company or can you tell me what other hidden fees there might be?
